  1. Where do you ship?
    We ship only within the United States.

  2. How much is shipping?
    Shipping is free for orders $90 or more. Orders under $90 have a flat $10 shipping fee.

  3. When will my order ship?
    Processing time is 1–3 business days. Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM CST; orders placed after the cut-off may be processed starting the next business day.

  4. How long does delivery take after shipment?
    Typical transit time after shipment is 4-8 business days.

  5. Which carriers do you use?
    We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.

  6. Will I get tracking?
    Tracking is provided when available after shipment. Carrier updates may take time to appear.

  7. Are taxes charged at checkout?
    No. Product prices are tax-inclusive, and we do not add additional tax at checkout.

  8. What payment methods do you accept?
    Visa and Mastercard.

  9. What is your return window?
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  10. Who pays for return shipping?
    For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. For confirmed quality issues, wrong item shipments, or delivery damage, return shipping is handled by the seller or addressed case-by-case.

  11. Do you charge a restocking fee?
    No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

  12. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the packaging and the damage. This 48-hour window is required for DOA/damage handling.

  13. How long do refunds take?
    After approval, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

  14. Can I cancel my order?
    You may request cancellation before shipment, but approval is not guaranteed and depends on order status. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).
