    This Limited Warranty addresses items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, subject to the claim timelines and verification requirements below.

  2. DOA / Damage Claim Window (48 Hours)
    If your item is damaged upon arrival or appears defective at delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The product and the issue

  • The shipping label (if possible)
    Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for DOA handling.

    After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation and evidence:
